3 very important points - please read carefully.

First important note

We have been receiving a lot of inquiries lately about the release status of pre-orders and their shipping time. Please note - collecting resin statues is a very specific hobby. And while results deliver stunning experiences for the home display case, the path to get there is very uncertain. Some studios stick to release dates, some deliver earlier, some are a year late. It really is uncertain. And it's not as if you get an update from the Far East immediately if there's a delay. We do chase after many studios and pester them with questions, but by no means all of them - it's simply not feasible.

So please order only IN STOCK items and do NOT PREORDER if:

• You're buying for a specific date! In other words: birthdays, Christmas, anniversaries etc. As much as we would like to do so, we cannot guarantee that they will arrive on a certain date.
• You are impatient. Because nothing is worse than receiving a “yes, it's taking too long” as a reason for canceling. That only hurts us.

This hobby generally requires a lot of patience and we ask for this with every order. Every statue that has not been canceled (which has never happened with our range so far) will be delivered 100%.

Second important point

A very common question: why is the statue not available for immediate delivery, as it says “2 pieces in stock”?

• Unfortunately, the word “in stock” is used by the store system and cannot be changed. “In stock” here means in a broader sense that you can order or pre-order them at all. Please check the line below, "Release-Status".

Third important point

Please think very carefully about whether you really want to buy the statue. It may sound stupid at first glance, but we very often have the case that the “change of mind” occurs after a week and is canceled without a valid reason.

Cancellation - as we are the only legal resin store in the EU that (has to!) offer this - is a huge problem for us and even a threat to our existence.

After a week, the money from your order will already be with the studio in China and we won't get it back!

In other words, we have to finance the cancellation from other sources and this drives up the prices for other customers. So no order is much, much, much better than one that is then canceled.
