2 very important points – please read carefully!
A word on patience 💌
We’ve recently received lots of questions about shipping times and release updates for pre-orders – and we totally get it! Collecting resin statues is an incredibly unique hobby. The end results? Jaw-dropping centerpieces for your collection. The journey getting there, though? Let’s just say it’s a bit of a rollercoaster.
Some studios ship on time. Others are early. And some? They take their sweet time – sometimes up to a year. Really. And no, unfortunately, we don’t always get a heads-up from overseas if delays occur. We do our best to stay in touch with the studios and chase them for updates, but with dozens of partners, it’s just not always possible in real time.
So here’s our honest advice:
Please don’t place a pre-order if you're counting on it for a specific date – birthdays, Christmas, anniversaries, etc. As much as we’d love to make those moments magical, we simply can’t guarantee delivery by a fixed day.
And please only pre-order if you consider yourself patient. If we receive messages a few months in saying “this is taking too long,” it’s disappointing for everyone involved. According to §6 of our Terms & Conditions, cancellations for preorders are only possible on a goodwill basis – and usually involve keeping 30–40% of the total price to cover costs already incurred. Not because we want to – but because the funds have already gone into the project.
In short: This hobby isn’t for the impatient – but if you’re willing to wait, the payoff is totally worth it. 💎

Before you order – quick reality check!
We get it – anticipation is part of the fun, especially when it comes to amazing resin statues. But when it comes to pre-orders, it’s really important to be 100% sure you want the item. Why are we stressing this?
Because – unlike many other types of purchases – there’s no legally guaranteed right to cancel a pre-order. A simple change of heart a few days later – no matter how understandable – doesn’t qualify as grounds for contract cancellation. Only under specific circumstances (like proven delivery delays caused by us) would a cancellation be legally possible – and even then, the burden of proof lies with the buyer.
Your regular right of withdrawal still applies, of course – but only once the statue has actually arrived at your home.
So we kindly ask: Think carefully before placing a pre-order. Every pre-order triggers a binding order from us to the studio – usually located in Asia, with long lead times. That means the money’s already gone, and cancelling becomes complex and costly – for everyone, including future collectors who may end up facing higher prices.
Bottom line: No order is totally okay. But placing one and later thinking, “Hmm… maybe not” – that’s not great for anyone. ❤️
