Chinese New Year is starting right now – and this is not just a regular holiday. It is the most important time of the year in China, during which large parts of the country come to an almost complete standstill. Factories, warehouses, logistics providers, ports and even authorities slow down heavily or shut down entirely.
🚢 Direct shipping will resume in March
What this means in practice:
All direct shipping from China will only resume normally in March. Until then, there is very little movement in international logistics – not because anyone is dragging their feet, but because the entire system is essentially on pause. This affects the whole industry, not just us.
🌙 Things will be quieter until the end of February
Overall, things will be a bit calmer until the end of February. Fewer status changes, fewer shipping updates, fewer visible movements – simply because global supply chains are taking a break during this period. It may feel slow, but this is completely normal and happens every single year.
🏗️ We’re definitely not sitting around
That said, we are far from idle 😉
👉 This Friday (February 13th), we will draw the winners of our giveaway!
The selection process is already underway, and we’re excited to announce the lucky winners very soon. So keep an eye out – it’s going to be fun.
As always:
As soon as things start moving again after Chinese New Year, we’ll keep you informed transparently and promptly. Thank you for your patience, your trust, and your continued support – especially during these quieter weeks.
