Shipping & Delivery
Our products are carefully packed and shipped via reliable logistics partners.
Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow the status at any time.

Note: Sea freight/Economy shipping depends on size, weight, and destination, and is not available everywhere. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather, or other external factors.
Shipping Costs

Standard shipping from China to Germany is included in the product price and calculated at checkout or prior to shipment based on size, weight, and destination.

Shipping from Germany to the final customer is not included in the product price and will be calculated at checkout or prior to shipment based on size, weight, and destination.

Direct shipping from China to the final customer is only partially included. Any “extra amount” will be displayed on the checkout page.

For international orders, additional fees such as import duties, taxes (e.g. VAT), or other local charges may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.

In certain regions or during special promotions, we may offer free shipping or tax-free shipping. This will be clearly indicated in the product description or at checkout.
Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside Germany, the buyer is responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, and related charges.
In some countries, we may declare a supportive customs value to simplify import procedures; however, we cannot guarantee that all fees will be waived.
Packaging & Damages
Because our products are often fragile (e.g. resin / polystone), we use sturdy original packaging and additional protective materials.
If your item arrives damaged or with missing parts: please photograph both packaging and product immediately and send the images to our customer service within 72 hours. We will do our best to arrange replacement parts or repairs.
For spare parts: when available, the manufacturer may cover the cost up to shipment to us. International shipping fees for spare parts, however, are borne by the customer.
Order Status (Pre-Orders / In-Stock Items)

In Stock Items: These products are ready for shipment and will usually be dispatched within [e.g. 2–7 business days] after payment.

Pre-Orders: You pay a deposit (or the full amount) in advance once the product is announced. As soon as the item becomes available and has arrived at our warehouse, we will notify you, provide product photos/updates, and ship once everything is ready. Delivery times are estimates only and subject to change.
Cancellations & Returns

No cancellation for pre-orders: Pre-ordered items cannot be cancelled prior to delivery, unless there are mandatory legal reasons. Delivery delays alone do not normally entitle you to withdrawal.

Pre-Order cancellation / reversal: If you request cancellation despite these conditions, we reserve the right to reject it or to deduct already incurred, non-recoverable costs, such as:

Non-refundable transaction or payment provider fees.

Deposits or production costs already paid to manufacturers/suppliers.

Individually sourced materials, custom productions, or specific transport costs that have already occurred.

Legal right of withdrawal: The statutory right of withdrawal for consumers under German law remains unaffected, but generally begins only once the goods have been delivered to you.

Returns after delivery: Accepted in cases of defects, shipping damages, or missing parts. Immediate contact with proof (e.g. photos) is required. Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer unless the fault lies with us or with transport damages.
Pre-Orders
If an item is explicitly marked as a “Pre-Order” or “Custom Order”, it is not currently in stock and will only become available after production or the import process. This is clearly indicated in the product description.
Pre-Order Delivery Times
Any stated delivery dates (e.g. “expected in …”) are non-binding estimates. Delays may occur, especially due to production or supply chain issues.
