Payment Policy

We want to make your shopping experience as smooth and secure as possible. Please read the following information carefully before placing an order.


Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following secure payment options:

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay (where available)

  • Other local e-wallets or alternative payment methods, depending on your region

All transactions are processed via trusted third-party providers. We do not store or have access to your full card information.


Pre-Orders & Deposits

  • Some products are only available as Pre-Orders or Custom Orders.

  • To reserve these items, a deposit (typically 30–50% of the product price) is required at checkout.

  • The remaining balance is due once the item has been released and is ready to ship, or within a specified timeframe communicated to you in advance.

  • Deposits are generally non-refundable, except in rare cases where production is cancelled by the manufacturer or a similar circumstance occurs outside your control.


Full Payment Option

  • If you prefer, you may also pay the full amount upfront at the time of ordering.

  • No additional payments will then be required prior to shipping, aside from any applicable shipping charges or import fees not included in the product price.


Payment Terms & Deadlines

  • Once your pre-ordered item is ready, we will notify you and request the final payment (if applicable).

  • Final payments must typically be completed within 10 days of notification/release.

  • If payment is not received within this period, we reserve the right to cancel the order and retain the deposit to cover costs already incurred.


Refunds & Cancellations

  • Pre-Orders cannot be cancelled once production or the import process has started, unless legally required.

  • Delivery delays alone do not entitle customers to cancellation.

  • If you still wish to cancel a pre-order, we may deduct non-recoverable costs (e.g. payment processing fees, supplier deposits, special shipping expenses) from any potential refund.

  • In case of double payment or an error in transaction, please contact us immediately so we can review and resolve the issue.


Additional Charges & Bank Fees

  • Please note that banks and payment providers may charge additional fees (e.g. foreign transaction fees, currency conversion costs).

  • These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • All payments are processed in the currency indicated at checkout; exchange rates are applied at the time of payment by your bank/payment provider.


Security & Fraud Prevention

We use secure checkout systems and SSL encryption to protect your data.
Suspicious or fraudulent transactions may be cancelled or held for verification.
