Big news folks!
As some of you may already know - we are working all the time, parallel to the shop, on our custom warehouse management system (WMS) which will allow to track your orders, which will allow YOU to track your orders, almost in real-time. The software is almost 2 years in development and while most of the things are beneficial for our internal use, with the current milestone we will finally provide an additional value for the customers.
Now, every movement of the statue upon release will be tracked in the WMS and you will be informed individually and immediately. It is a simple text based mail for now, but as someone once said - "It's a small step for HandsomeCake Goodies, but a big step for our customers". Hopefully, the big old fashioned container lists where you had to search your statue on your own, are a thing of the past soon.
Please note that at the beginning there might be occasional errors and we deeply apologize in advance if someone receives a false status update. However, we are sure, that in the end it will be a huge benefit for all of us if the status updates arrive more often, individual (no more looking through the old fashioned container lists).
