After a short winter break, we'll be back in full swing tomorrow and wish you all a great start to the new year 2026 – with good health, good resolutions (which you're allowed to break 😉) and, of course, great collectibles.
📬 A sporty turn of the year
Over the Christmas and New Year holidays, we received over 200 inquiries – via ticket, DM, phone call, WhatsApp, SMS, and shop chat.
That's quite a number for a few days that are usually spent in a more relaxed manner. We are all the more grateful for your understanding and patience.
🛠️ Support is up and running again – step by step
We are now working through the support requests one by one. Please give us a little time so that we can respond to each inquiry thoroughly, individually, and fairly – just as you have come to expect from us.

Unfortunately, multiple inquiries via different channels do not speed up the process, but rather mean that we have to sort through everything twice. One inquiry is sufficient ❤️
