Ich habe auf einer anderen Seite gesehen, dass Christian eine Funktion hat Wochentags zwischen 17 und 19 Uhr zu einem Menschen weiterzuleiten. Das hat geklappt. :)
Christian konnte leider bei Bestellungen aus dem alten Shop nicht weiterhelfen. Im Ticketsystem habe ich leider auch keine Antwort bekommen. Christian meinte, dass er es weiterleiten kann und ich eine E-Mail bekomme. Auch da habe ich keine Rückmeldung bekommen. Ich habe langsam das Gefühl, dass meine Nachrichten in einem schwarzen Loch verschwinden. Gibt es keine Möglichkeit euch direkt zu erreichen?
Das liest sich ja erstmal nicht schlecht. Geht das auch mit Bestellungen aus dem alten Store?
